Once you submit an invoice, there are a few ways to find them in LexisNexis® CounselLink®. For general guidelines on searching in CounselLink, see this topic.

Finding Rejected Invoices
Your invoices may be rejected by billing guidelines validation or by the client reviewer.
If your invoice is rejected, an email is sent informing of the rejection. The message will contain a direct link to that invoice in CounselLink.

A banner displays at the top of the homepage with a link to your rejected invoices.

Click the Rejected by Billing Guidelines or the Rejected by Client link on the Billing Panel of the homepage.

On the Invoices Search page, click the gear icon next to Filter Your Results.
- Select the check mark next to Invoice Status.
- Click Save.

Select the check mark next to Rejected under Invoice Status on the left hand panel.
Your search results will automatically update to show only invoices that have been rejected.
Finding Payment Details
Some clients post invoice payment data. You can set up a Saved View to locate recently approved invoices and view payment data.
- Click the Invoices tab on the top toolbar.
- Turn on the Last Invoice Approved Date and Workflow Status search filters.
- Select Approved for Workflow Status.
- Select the date range for Last Invoice Approved Date.

Configure your columns to show payment information.

Click the Save View button.
The Save View window displays.
- Name your Saved view.
- Click Save. Your payment Saved View is now available.
