You can use customized search results and Saved Views to generate operational reports. Start by initiating a search, then add filters to decide the invoice information to include. You can print, export, and save these customized reports.
Printing and Saving a Formatted Invoice Report

Customize your Invoice Search page results to display the information in your report.
If you run the report frequently, you may choose to run a saved view.

Select the invoices you'd like to include in the report by placing a check mark next to their names.
You can use the display results drop down to show more results on the page if needed.

Click the printer icon above the search results.
The drop down displays.

Select one of the following options from the drop down:
- Print Selected Results: Print the information on the search page that you've selected.
- Print Overview: Print an overview for an invoice that you've selected from the search.
- Print Report: Print a report for one or more invoices that you've selected from the search.
A window displays to show your selection.
- Click Print from the window.
- Choose your output:
- Print to paper
- Save as PDF to your desired location.
- Save the document to your desired location if necessary.
Export an Invoice Report to a Spreadsheet

Once you've selected your invoices for your report manually or with a Saved View, click the Export Results icon above the Invoice Search page results.

The results are downloaded to a .csv file in your default downloads folder.
